• NDIS Worker’s Screening Check (Yellow Card) - QLD ($130)

• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) - QLD

• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate (click to book a first aid class)

• COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (Fully Vaccinated - Mandatory)

• NDIS Worker’s Orientation Module + New Worker’s Induction Module (click here to access)

• Infection Prevention and Control Module (click here to access) (might be tricky to set up an account, email the office for help with this)

• 100 point ID (click here for more info)

• Probationary/Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License

• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
